Teachers to Parents – Pupil Killed

Don’t panic!

When the Teachers to Parents application displays an error message with text similar to “pupil killed”, what this really means is that the software hasn’t been able to grab the data from SIMS .net.

The most likely cause is that SIMS .net hasn’t been updated or the Microsoft .net 4 Framework is missing from the computer.

Download and run the latest SIMS Application Setup – http://simsts.scomis.org/simsapps/current/simsapplicationsetup.exe

Then follow the Microsoft .net 4 Framework installation instructions – http://faq.scomis.org/kb3909/
