Since upgrading to Office 2010 on the SIMS Terminal Server, Quickletter does not have the same “Quick Letter Save and Close” button as before.
Due to the changes that Microsoft have made to Word 2010 and the ribbon, the button can now be found under the “Add-ins” tab.
Ensure that you use this method to correctly upload the Quick Letter against the student in the Document Management Server.
