I am trying to change some attendance marks but cannot overwrite what is already there.
It sounds like the marks have been preserved. There is a toggle button at the top of the screen within Edit Marks, click on this to switch between overwrite and preserve.
When trying to save an allowance or anything else I get a message that the Pay Scale is required.
Open all the allowances, posts and scales and look for a blank or red field, fill in the required information and then try to save again.
I want to backdate a contract change but am worried that this may have a knock on effect.
If you backdate a contract it will affect FMS. If you have reconciled against the old contract the advice is to not backdate unless you are happy to change FMS as well.

When creating the CTF for an alternative destination that has already been created, choose the option from the ‘Destination LA/Other’ drop down list and not the ‘Destination School’ drop down list.
